Super Sema means so much to me because she’s an African kid superhero, and I wish I’d had a character like her to inspire me when I was a kid. I’m deeply invested in making Black children feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, and, like the series, this will give them the opportunity to play, be creative, and invent with toys that look like them.
